Day 1 — Monday, April 21 — DEPARTURE
- 8:10pm — Depart from SFO Airport on a nonstop flight to Paris
Day 2 — Tuesday, April 22 — Student Paris (The Left Bank)
- Arrive into Paris CDG at 3:45pm,
- You’ll arrive in the morning, and a private transfer van will take the group to the hotel.
- We’ll grab lunch at a local bakery and then explore the Latin Quarter
- Explore the Pantheon, burial home to Paris’s great writers, politicians, philosophers and more. Plus we’ll visit the panoramic observatory from the top of the dome
- We’ll finish with a full 3-course dinner at a classic French bistro
Day 3 — Wednesday, April 23 — Classic Paris (The Right Bank)
- In the morning we’ll begin with an interactive guided tour of the Louvre Museum, home of some of the most well-known paintings and sculptures in the world.
- We’ll then continue down to see (and sketch) the Arc de Triomphe
- Lunch at the dynamic Les Halles shopping & eating district
- In the afternoon we’ll take a walking tour of the Ile de la Cité, visiting Notre Dame (now open!), the Flower Market, the Marais, Hotel de Ville, and much more.
- We’ll finish the evening with a sunset elevator climb to the Summit of the Eiffel Tower
Day 4 — Thursday, April 24 — Foodie and Hip Paris
- The day starts with a hands-on chocolate making workshop at the Choco Story museum
- We’ll spend the afternoon with a local educator leading a Classic French Food Tour through Paris’s Montorgeuil district, with 7 distinct tastings of unique French foods, plus lots of history and fun!
- We’ll finish the day with an Evening Boat Cruise along the Seine River
Day 5 – Friday, April 25 — Hidden Paris
- Visit the spooky Paris Catacombs, home of tens of thousands of bones from the 19th century re-internment of overflowing cemeteries.
- We’ll have an authentic Paris Market Experience giving students the chance to interact with sellers of cheese, meats, vegetables, and more.
- We’ll finish the day in the gorgeous hilltop village of Montmartre, where we’ll meet artists and have a wonderful dinner.
Day 6 – Saturday, April 26 Artistic Paris
- We finish every trip with our signature Graffiti Workshop, working with a local street artist to craft an ACDS-themed school mural somewhere in Paris, leaving our final mark on the city!
- Then we’ll indulge in French Impressionist painters at the Marmotan Museum, home of Monet’s largest works, plus Degas, Picasso, Van Gogh, and all the other greats.
- Farewell Dinner
Day 7 – Sunday, April 27 – Return Home
- 3:40pm — Depart from Paris on a nonstop flight back to SFO.
